Société des traversiers du Québec seeks to contribute to the mobility of people and goods by providing high quality, safe, and reliable maritime transportation services that promote Québec’s social, economic, and tourism development.
Our Commitments
Société des traversiers du Québec and its staff stand by the following commitments:
Provide high quality, safe, and reliable services by- Welcoming our customers courteously and taking them to their destination safely using equipment that is compliant with standards and qualified personnel dedicated to providing topnotch service
- Maintaining clean and comfortable terminals and ferries
- Respecting published schedules
- Promptly notifying users of any changes in service
- Making ferry schedules available
Improve our services by- Continuously measuring user satisfaction, conducting an annual overall review, publishing the results, and informing customers of corrective measures that will be taken
- Ensuring that people with disabilities have access to the publications and services provided to citizens by taking reasonable adaptation measures
- Guaranteeing a return call within two business days of receiving a verbal complaint and a response within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint
- Identifying the contact person and notifying complainants of the expected complaint processing time
- Welcoming comments and suggestions using the “Your opinion concerning our services” form available in a prepaid envelope at all our crossings
